The dynamic team at Forsons Adjusting Services draws on decades of experience focused on the automobile and liability insurance business. We have an extensive background in facilitating both private and crown insurance claim investigations for both plaintiff and defence exposures. Our attention to detail sets us apart as we continue to take our experience working in a variety of venues. We have set up a boutique adjusting firm serving the province of British Columbia from the Thompson Okanagan region. Specializing in liability and large loss exposures, our team of working partners offers a broad range of skills from the management of brain injury, rehabilitation, complex liability and general claims, and also in supporting policy and litigation strategy at the corporate level when required.

Mike Churko - Mike has 30 years of progressively senior insurance industry experience handling automobile liability, personal lines and complex liability claims. He has experience in all facets of the insurance industry. He is a certified mediator and a member of The Mediator Roster Society of British Columbia.

Robert J. Morton CIP - Robert has worked in the insurance industry for over 24 years, including as a staff adjuster at ICBC along with several independent adjusting firms. Robert has extensive experience in liability investigation, municipal claims, ski resort control adjuster, school protection programs, large loss and complex injury claims.

J.W. ( Jim ) Denton CIP - Jim’s attention to detail and efficient response to liability investigations has been the cornerstone of his success managing claims for over 27 years. Experience includes municipal, property, ski resort control adjuster and school protection program claims

Karl Sorge BA, MBA - Karl is an industry leader with over 20 years of senior management experience at ICBC handling complex litigation, rehabilitation, brain injury claims and strategy in a regulated environment.

Michael Turner, BA, CIP – Mike has over 20 years of insurance industry experience and is a Founder of Assured Software. He has managed offices for both Cunningham Lindsay and Underwriter’s Adjustment Bureau where he handled large Commercial Property losses, total loss house fires, liability losses, transportation fleet losses, marine losses and brings a unique skill set to handling content losses.
